The Advertiser Agrees To:

• An annual listing with HeartfeltSavings Discount Card. The listing will include the company's logo, websites, and special offer or promotions to cardholders. The client agrees to honor the offer for at least one full year from the date of this agreement. 

• The advertiser gives First Class Values permission to use their logo on related Heartfelt Savings Card Programs e.g. printed material, website, and social media.

• The advertiser agrees to inform all staff and employees of the offer and agreement to accept the discount card. 

• Advertiser agrees to not accept discount cards.
